CDM Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our professional collision repair team. We are committed to delivering high-quality repairs, outstanding customer service, and following OEM repair standards.

What You'll Do
- Perform complete collision and auto body repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body panels
- Complete structural and non-structural repairs
- Follow OEM repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals
- Work closely with estimators and the production manager
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Qualifications
- Current I-CAR Gold Certification (Required)
- Minimum 3 years of collision repair experience
- Strong knowledge of OEM repair procedures
- Experience working with all makes and models
- Ability to read and execute repair estimates
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 - $120,000 per year
