Our concierge family medicine practice provides personalized care for the whole family. From children and adolescents to adults. We intentionally maintain a smaller patient panel so that patients have more time with their physician, easier access to care, and a relationship built on trust, compassion, and continuity.
Our practice provides comprehensive primary care, preventive medicine, women's and men's health, pediatric care, chronic disease management, wellness services, functional medicine, and personalized health planning.

Work Environment:
We are a low-volume Concierge clinic. We take pride in providing top-notch care for our families. We go the extra mile to ensure our patients are taken care of. That means a low-volume, high-detail work environment. We decorate our clinic for holidays, pass out candies and drinks, and truly enjoy working together as a team.
Compensation & Perks:
- $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position: Part-Time Medical Assistant
Duties:
- Assist physician with patient care, including rooming patients and taking vital signs
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for each visit
- Support basic clinical procedures as needed
- Communicate with patients through phone, text, and HIPAA-secure platforms
- Schedule appointments and assist with care coordination
- Manage patient records and documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
- Assist with administrative and front office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- College Degree or in progress required
- Certification preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced but low-volume, patient-focused environment
- Proficient in operating phone systems and other office equipment
