We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support a fast-growing real estate, media, and startup ecosystem based in Middle Tennessee.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities at once, and enjoys both high-level coordination and day-to-day execution.
You will work directly alongside a top-producing real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur helping oversee operations across real estate, media, partnerships, events, marketing, and business growth initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Calendar and schedule management
- Inbox management and communication follow-up
- Travel coordination and appointment scheduling
- Personal and business task coordination
- Helping create structure and organization across multiple moving priorities
Operations + Project Management
- Organizing workflows, systems, and task management
- Assisting with CRM and database management
- Tracking deadlines, contracts, and deliverables
- Coordinating vendors and strategic partners
- Supporting event planning and execution
- Managing backend operations and administrative tasks
- Helping improve systems and operational efficiency
Real Estate + Marketing Support
- Coordinating listing and transaction support
- Assisting with marketing and launch coordination with my Media Team
- Coordinating photographers, staging, signage, lockboxes, and vendors along side my Media Team
- Supporting homeowner onboarding systems and client experience along side my VA
Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation
- $50,000–$60,000 based on experience
- Opportunity for bonuses and long-term growth
Schedule
- Full-time
- Hybrid role based in the Greater Nashville area
- Some schedule flexibility required
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a business long-term and become a key part of a rapidly expanding operation.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
