Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients using in-bound leads only, networking, and leveraging CRM software to generate leads. NO COLD CALLING EVER!
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain policy options clearly to potential clients, emphasizing benefits and features.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Negotiate policy terms, close sales, and upsell additional coverage options to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Utilize sales management systems such as your dedicated team of leaders and CRM tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, follow-up support, and ongoing account management.
Experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent client communication abilities to close deals effectively.
- Experience working remotely or in a remote sales environment is highly valued.
- Knowledge of technology sales, marketing strategies, and territory management enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
