Position Summary
As a Party Host, you'll be responsible for ensuring every party runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll welcome guests, keep events on schedule, serve food and drinks, assist with bowling activities, and create an exciting experience that families will remember long after the party ends.
What You'll Do
- Welcome party guests and introduce yourself to the party organizer.
- Set up party tables before guests arrive.
- Serve food, beverages, and birthday treats.
- Assist guests with bowling, shoe rentals, and lane questions.
- Keep parties on schedule while maintaining a fun, upbeat atmosphere.
- Communicate with the kitchen and front desk to ensure a seamless event.
- Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout the event.
- Help clean and reset party rooms for the next celebration.
- Provide outstanding customer service with every interaction.

- Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
- Comfortable speaking with both children and adults.
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to stay on their feet for extended periods.
- Willing to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Weekend availability is required.
