Lucia Lash/Brow is an established lash & brow studio with locations in Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Hawaii, and Japan. We’re hiring licensed Cosmetologists or Estheticians with strong lash extension skills who want a supportive, professional team, clear growth, and ongoing training.
Pay & Advancement
- Paid orientation/training: $18/hr
- When you begin taking clients: $18/hr + 10% commission + tips
- Commission phase (after onboarding/skill benchmarks): 40%–45% commission + tips
- Commission rate increases based on incentives/targets and performance milestones.
Total earnings vary based on bookings, schedule, and service mix. Advancement is based on readiness, quality standards, and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Perform lash extensions (required)
- Provide or learn additional services: lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting, waxing (training/coaching available)

Requirements
- Active PA Cosmetology or Esthetics license
- Professional lash extensions experience (required)
- Reliable, punctual, and client-focused
- Availability for at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
