Core Responsibilities -
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities
- Project gets handed off from estimator for oversight
- Daily Communication with clients and subs/Team
- Field software to read blueprints, e-mail communications, time clocks, job site records, photographs, daily logs etc.
- Managing budgets and watching the job cost
- Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems
- Understands the project plans and specifications
- Prepares schedules and supervises completion of a final punch list
- OSHA and other job safety, safety training, and safety program enforcement
Qualifications -
- Will need experience in residential & Commercial construction
- Positive attitude with team building and organization skills
- Must be able to use and adapt to software that we use
- Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven
Truck allowance -
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
