We are in search of team members to provide part-time support for sales in our Home Building and Property Management divisions. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Typical responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include:
- Staff model homes and conduct tours as necessary.
- Support sales and leasing with lead qualification, application processing, customer meetings, and writing of leases and contracts.
- Conduct walkthroughs with clients and for internal quality checks.
- Maintain online marketing platforms, MLS, social media, signage, and other marketing initiatives.
- Accomplish organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.
