We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused individual(s) to join our team as a Tile Technician and Estimator.
Role Overview
This position offers the best of both worlds: hands-on field technician work combined with client-facing sales and estimating. You will be the face of our business—meeting with customers to evaluate their tile and grout needs, providing accurate project estimates, and executing the technical service work to perfection alongside technicians already on staff.

Key Responsibilities
As an Estimator (Sales & Customer Experience):
● Conduct in-home and commercial site visits to assess tile and grout conditions.
● Measure spaces, perform basic calculations, and prepare accurate, clear job estimates.
● Explain service options, answer customer questions, and close sales with confidence.
● Maintain exceptional communication and deliver 5-star customer service from initial contact through project completion.
As a Tile Technician (Field Execution):
● Perform hard-surface restoration services, including professional tile cleaning, color sealing, and clear sealing.
● Execute high-quality grouting, regrouting, and precision caulking around tubs, showers, backsplashes, and floors.
● Perform minor tile repairs or replacement work as needed.
● Ensure jobsites are kept clean, safe, and organized throughout the restoration process.
● Inspect completed work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
● Customer Care: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; friendly, professional, and trustworthy demeanor.
● Math Competency: Strong basic math skills (measuring square footage, calculating job costs, estimating material requirements).
● Hands-On Skills: Practical experience or strong aptitude in caulking, grouting, tile cleaning, tile resetting or general surface repair/handyman work.
● Problem Solver: Sharp eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work.
● Requirements:
○ High school diploma or equivalent.
○ Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
○ Reliable transportation.
○ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet, bend, kneel, and squat comfortably.
○ Authorized to work in the US.
