Job Description – Brick Mason Helper
Are you ready to begin a career in masonry? We are seeking motivated and dependable Brick Mason Helpers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade alongside experienced masons while contributing to high-quality construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist brick masons with daily tasks as directed by the foreman
- Mix, transport, and supply grout and materials to work areas
- Cut bricks for corners, arches, and specialized patterns
- Move materials to scaffolding and designated work locations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to safely use basic masonry hand tools
- Experience operating an all-terrain forklift is preferred
- Ability to produce quality work at a fast pace
- Capable of performing physically demanding and repetitive tasks
- Safety-focused with a strong work ethic (dependable, trustworthy, excellent attendance)
- Team-oriented and able to work well with others
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation is mandatory
