Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Hygiene Recall Coordinator to join our dynamic front-office team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining a full and productive hygiene schedule by proactively reaching out to patients, building relationships, and helping our patients stay on track with their oral health.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact patients via phone, text, and email to schedule and confirm hygiene appointments.
- Manage hygiene recall lists and ensure consistent follow-up on overdue patients.
- Collaborate with the hygiene and administrative teams to optimize the daily and weekly schedule.
- Provide outstanding customer service while promoting the importance of regular dental care.
- Track recall metrics and support team goals for hygiene retention and patient engagement.
