Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Riverview Jefferson for a 3-month temporary assignment while one of our valued therapists is on paid leave.

$60/hour

- Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that helps residents maximize their independence and quality of life
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
