Not serious like “shows up.” Serious like - licensed, experienced, knows how to talk to people, can walk a homeowner or a property manager through a bill without flinching, and actually wants to grow into running a team one day.

The role:
- Residential and light commercial HVAC diagnosis and repair
- Direct client interaction — homeowners and property management companies
- Presenting estimates and invoices professionally and confidently
- Morning shifts, evening shifts, and rotating weekends (this is real — we need someone flexible)
- Plumbing experience is a bonus, not a requirement
You have:
- Active Texas HVAC license
- EPA 608 certification
- 3+ years of real hands-on experience
- The ability to hold a professional conversation with a client and close a service call clean
- Some sales experience or just a natural way with people
- Humility — you’re good and you know it, but you don’t have a chip on your shoulder
- A clean driving record and valid Texas license
