We’re looking for energetic, people-focused individuals to join our Resident Culture team as a Food Truck Host.

The Essentials
- Full-time & part-time positions available
- Pay: $10/hour + tips (average $18–$28/hour depending on shifts)
- Must be 18+
- 2101 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC

You are the connection point between our guests and our food experience.
As a Food Truck Host, you’ll help guide guests through ordering, keep the flow of service smooth, and ensure the energy around the food truck stays welcoming and organized.
This role is all about hospitality, communication, and presence.
Your Impact on the Team
- Create a welcoming, organized food truck experience
- Help manage guest flow and ordering process
- Communicate clearly with kitchen/food truck team
- Support overall cleanliness and presentation of the area
- Represent Resident Culture’s hospitality standards
The Daily Flow
- Greet guests and guide them through ordering
- Manage lines and maintain efficient flow of service
- Deliver food when needed and assist with guest needs
- Keep service areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Communicate wait times and menu items clearly
- Support food truck team during peak service
What You Bring
- Strong hospitality mindset and positive attitude
- Clear communication and people skills
- Ability to stay composed in high-volume environments
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Experience in food service is a plus
Hours of Operation (Food Truck)
- Tuesday–Friday: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Saturday: 12 PM – 9:30 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM – 7:30 PM
Weekend availability required
