Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities and Requirements:

Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude.

Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and quality.

Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.

Create and maintain meaningful connections with guests through excellent service.
Front-of-House Responsibilities:

Smile and greet every guest warmly at the front counter and in the drive thru.

Create and maintain eye contact.
-
Speak enthusiastically and make genuine emotional connections with guests.

Multitask quickly and efficiently without compromising service quality.

Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be 15 ½ years or older to apply.

Reliable and consistent, with a cheerful and positive attitude.

Customer-focused, with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented and adaptable, with a strong sense of urgency.

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Willing to work a flexible schedule, including closing shifts until at least 10:00PM. Reliable transportation is required for those working late shifts.
