Job Summary
Put it plainly, your are the first person the potential customer is going to be greeted by. We represent the dealership and want the best possible experience for the customer. Your job is to inspect the windshield of each and every vehicle that comes through for service. If the vehicle's windshield has damage, we set up the customer for a next day replacement. Our office staff handles everything as soon as you upload the customer's information.
We have been in the industry for over 10 years and have a VERY GOOD reputation in the industry. We do EVERYTHING by the book. This isn't high-pressure sales, we don't install windshields that do not have damage, we pay the most to our reps, and we have one of the highest install rates in the business.

Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they drive up for service at their preferred dealership.
- Assist dealership staff with onboarding by covering seats, tagging vehicles, and inspecting any and all windshields for damage.
- Schedule and confirm auto glass appointments using computer systems and calendar management tools
Experience
- Prior sales experience and/or customer service is required.
- Monday- Saturday ( one day off during the week but Saturdays are required).
- Bilingual skills are a plus to assist diverse customer needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette are essential
