The T3C Service Package Coordinator manages service package processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, providers, and stakeholders to support service delivery and adherence to DFPS requirements.

Coordinate service package transitions, updates, renewals, and expirations

Monitor compliance and maintain accurate data across multiple systems (Impact, ECAP, Webfaces)

Track provider credentialing progress and support readiness requirements

Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve service capacity

Review and process service package changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Support financial reconciliation and identify payment or system inconsistencies

Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness

Serve as a primary point of contact for providers and stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

Experience in child welfare, foster care, or provider operations preferred

Knowledge of DFPS systems or service package processes is a plus

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Valid driver’s license (if driving for agency business)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
