Job Type: Independent Contractor (1099) — Part-time to Full-time hours available
Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and case assignment

We are very selective about who represents us in a client's home — and we believe caregivers who meet that standard should be paid like it.
What We Offer
$21–$25 per hour — above the local agency average, stated up front.
You choose your cases. As an independent contractor, you accept the assignments that fit your schedule and skills
Fingerprinting costs covered. We pay your CJIS Live-Scan fee — you will not pay to work with us
Fast onboarding. Interview to first assignment in as little as 10 days
Referral bonus: $250 for each caregiver you refer who is placed and completes 90 days
Respect. Clear care plans, direct communication with agency leadership, and clients who have been properly assessed before you walk in the door
What You'll Do
Provide non-medical personal care and companion care in clients' homes (assistance with daily activities, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, companionship)
Follow a written care plan and document visits accurately
Communicate professionally with clients, families, and agency staff
Represent a brand built on kindness, reliability, and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Current Maryland CNA or GNA license (Maryland Board of Nursing) preferred; experienced non-certified caregivers considered for companion-level cases
Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before first assignment)
Ability to pass a CJIS fingerprint-supported criminal background check (fee reimbursed by agency after successful clearence)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Two professional references
Dependability, sound judgment, and genuine warmth — we check for all three
A Note on How We Work
Our caregivers are independent contractors who operate their own caregiving practice. Many maintain clients with other agencies, and we support that. You will sign a Caregiver Service Agreement that spells out pay, expectations, and your independence clearly — no surprises.
