Position: MRI Technologist
Location: Wilmington, NC 28401
Duration: 13–20 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Hours Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Position Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
· First-time travelers will not be accepted
· Recent hospital experience required
· BLS certification required
· ARRT (MR) certification required
· Local candidates accepted
Required MRI Skills
Experience with:
· Abdomen and pelvis
· Head and neck
· Spine and musculoskeletal imaging
· Diffusion imaging (non-brain)
· Gradient echo imaging
· MIP and MRP
· Peripheral magnetic resonance
· Spin echo imaging
· Surface coils
· T1 and T2 imaging
· CINE imaging
Preferred Skills
· Chest imaging
· Image post-processing
Patient Population
· Required: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
· Preferred: Neonates, Infants, and Pediatrics
Equipment & Systems
· MRI Equipment: GE and Siemens
· Documentation System: EPIC

Pay: $55.00 - $62.00 per hour
Application Question(s):
- Do you have recent MRI experience in a hospital setting?
- Have you previously worked as a travel MRI Technologist?
- Do you have experience performing MRI scans of the abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, spine, and musculoskeletal system?
- Do you have experience with diffusion imaging, gradient echo, spin echo, T1/T2, CINE imaging, MIP/MRP, and peripheral magnetic resonance imaging?
- Do you have experience working with GE and/or Siemens MRI equipment?
- Do you have experience using EPIC for documentation?
- Are you comfortable working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients?
Experience:
- MRI Technologist: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- current ARRT (MR) certification? (Required)
- current BLS certification? (Required)
