Position Overview
Haven Design is seeking a task-driven, highly curious, and tech-savvy Digital Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our digital ecosystem, e-commerce storefront, and marketing infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems, tech stack, showroom inventory, and digital marketing engines run with precision.
The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who leverages AI tools to find answers, thrives on organizing data, and understands how to turn creative digital content into a trackable sales funnel. You do not need to be an expert in every platform, but you must possess the technical curiosity to learn, streamline, and execute efficiently.
This position reports directly to our Director of Marketing & Client Experience and will work closely alongside them to execute strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and continuously refine the Haven client journey.
Success in this role requires someone who is naturally curious, embraces AI and emerging technologies, and thrives on creating organized, scalable systems that enable a growing business to operate more effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing, Analytics & Web Management
● Social Commerce Strategy: Live and breathe social platform algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Google Marketplace) to build highly optimized, shoppable posts, reels, and stories.
● Conversion-Focused Content: Produce high-converting carousels and video assets using Canva, CapCut, and native apps that weave product specs and pricing seamlessly into our portfolio content.
● Funnel Analytics: Build and manage lead-generation workflows, tracking conversions, social analytics, and content performance metrics back to clear business outcomes.
● Webflow Management: Update, maintain, and structurally manage the company's Webflow site architecture and landing pages.
IT Infrastructure & Digital Asset Management
● Account Consolidation: Audit, streamline, and consolidate legacy online accounts; track down access, resolve bottlenecks, and eliminate redundant software subscriptions.
● Hardware & Support: Research, source, track, and set up hardware and workstations for new hires and existing team members.
● Tech Stack Optimization: Continually audit our digital tools and implement modern AI integrations or software to automate workflows and maximize business efficiency.
● Media Pipelines: Establish and enforce a company-wide standard process for how the team uploads, labels, tracks, and archives raw photo and video content.
E-Commerce & Showroom Inventory Operations
● Shopify Administration: Manage the backend architecture, configurations, and settings of our Shopify retail account, maximizing native features while building workarounds for platform limitations.
● Inventory Control: Own the showroom inventory database, ensuring all digital listings match physical stock with accurate descriptions, tags, imagery, and public-facing labels.
● Staging Logistics: Track and update inventory workflows in real time when products are borrowed for client staging projects to prevent database degradation.
Core Tool Stack
Candidates must possess or quickly build high proficiency across our primary ecosystem:
● Productivity & Communication: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Teams, Basecamp, Dropbox.
● Data & E-Commerce: Airtable, Shopify, Webflow.
● Creative & Production: Canva, CapCut, platform-native social media creation tools.
● Emerging Tech: Generative AI tools utilized daily for problem-solving and process optimization.
Qualifications & Competencies
● Technical Agility: 2+ years managing Shopify backends (corporate or ground-up build experience preferred) and content management systems like Webflow.
● Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to set up digital workflows, track marketing attribution, and analyze conversion leads.
● Resourceful Problem Solving: A proactive, curious approach to technology—using documentation, forums, and AI to self-teach and troubleshoot complex configuration or hardware setups.
● Execution Focus: Exceptionally task-oriented, highly organized, and motivated by turning operational chaos into clean, scalable processes.
● Future-Focused: Excited to contribute to strategic, high-growth upcoming initiatives, including a designer co-working incubator, gallery space, and a curated "sample room" startup concept.
