We're seeking an experienced, passionate Kindergarten Teacher to lead our small, Reggio Emilia-inspired kindergarten classroom within our warm, close-knit preschool community. What You'll Do:
- Design and lead an emergent, child-led curriculum rooted in Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Create a rich, inviting classroom environment that inspires exploration, creativity, and discovery
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons in early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional learning
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and their families through consistent, warm communication
- Collaborate closely with our supportive teaching team and school leadership
- Observe, document, and assess each child's growth, adapting your teaching to meet individual needs
Who You Are:
- An experienced kindergarten or early childhood educator with a proven track record
- Familiar with, or genuinely excited to embrace, Reggio Emilia-inspired teaching practices
- Patient, creative, and deeply passionate about fostering a lifelong love of learning
- A strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Holds relevant early childhood education credentials/certification (CPR/First Aid a plus)
