Team Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we are looking for multiple passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTR/Ls) to join our team!
We are currently hiring for:
Position Options
1. Hybrid OTR – Doctor Phillips Clinic + Winter Garden/Ocoee Natural Environment
- Split between:
- Doctor Phillips clinic
- Natural environment services in Winter Garden/Ocoee (schools, daycares, and homes)
2. Hybrid OTR – Doctor Phillips Clinic + Doctor Phillips Natural Environment
- Split between:
- Doctor Phillips clinic
- Natural environment services in Doctor Phillips (schools, daycares, and homes)
3. Hybrid OTR – Millenia Clinic + Millenia Natural Environment
- Split between:
- Millenia clinic
- Natural environment services in Millenia (schools, daycares, and homes)
Both positions are available as:
- 1099 Contractor
- OR Full-Time W2
We are looking for OTs who are excited to support and mentor COTAs while building strong relationships with children and families.
Compensation Options:
1099 Contractor
- $50–60/hour
- Flexible structure
- Ideal for therapists seeking contractor flexibility and tax write-off opportunities
Full-Time W2 with Benefits
- $50–55/hour
- Compensation based on experience, supervision responsibilities, and overall fit
Caseload Hours
- 35–40 treatment hours per week

Based on treatment hours, expected annual earnings are approximately:
- $91,000 – $124,000+ annually

What We’re Looking For
- Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Interest in supervising COTAs preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Medicaid credentialing preferred, but not required
