Job Summary
We are looking for a part-time Front Desk Agent to help cover shifts from:First Shift (7am - 3pm) - Second Shift (3pm - 11pm) - Third Shift (11pm - 7am).
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing calls promptly
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and services
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
