● Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
● Thursday: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
● Additional hours available: Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
About the Position
We are looking for a dependable, patient, and enthusiastic Job Coach to support an independent adult with autism who works two community jobs. This is a rewarding opportunity to help someone succeed at work while promoting independence and confidence.
Responsibilities
● Assist with completing online trainings and required work modules.
● Support communication with supervisors and employers when needed.
● Help generalize job and life skills in community settings.
● Reinforce workplace expectations, routines, and social interactions.
● Provide encouragement while promoting as much independence as possible.
● Assist with problem-solving and adapting to new situations.
Qualifications
● Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● Patient, dependable, and encouraging personality.
● Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
● Ability to work independently and build a positive, supportive relationship.
This position is ideal for someone studying or working in special education, psychology, social work, human services, occupational therapy, or a related field or anyone with experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
