Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Associate to join our team during a critical time in the Texas livestock industry. You will play a key role in driving adoption of maiGrex, a voice-first livestock management app, by visiting livestock auction houses and large ranches across Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to livestock auction barns and major ranches in NWS affected counties
- Present and demonstrate maiGrex to ranchers and livestock operators
- Recruit early adopters and beta testers (targeting ranches with 500+ head)
- Build relationships with auction market owners, managers, and key influencers
- Collect feedback from users and report market intelligence back to the team
- Help achieve rapid adoption in key counties
Requirements:
- Strong comfort speaking with ranchers and cattle operators
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in agriculture, livestock, or auction markets is strongly preferred
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new applications
