Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic educational location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support students, staff, and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, and assist with access control, visitor interactions, and security-related concerns across the location.

Support a professional environment by observing and documenting unusual activity, communicating with campus contacts and/or emergency personnel, and following Allied Universal post instructions.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

Be 21+ years of age.

Be able to ride a bike.

Be able to lift more than 20 lbs preferred.

Be able to ride a bike for long periods of time preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
