Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and Diagnosing: Utilize your expertise to accurately identify and resolve HVAC problems with precision.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance and execute efficient repairs to ensure optimal system performance. On-call rotation for after hours service calls.
- Installation: Showcase your skills in installing various air conditioning systems to meet client needs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service, communicating clearly with clients about system status and recommended repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Technician, with a minimum of 4 years working in the field.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant EPA certifications, NATE is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
