Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Coordinate the procurement of samples and materials for the interior design team.
- Process and resolve payment issues while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Utilize SAP to manage departmental purchasing and tracking processes.
- Oversee the purchasing of supplies and ensure timely restocking of essential materials.
- Reconcile departmental accounts and expenses as part of month-end financial procedures.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks to uphold financial accuracy and compliance
Qualifications / Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in administrative or financial support roles (preferred).
- Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferred).
- Experience in procurement management and vendor relationship coordination.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Salary Range: $52,000 - $60,000
