What You’ll Do
- Install, retrofit, and upgrade residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems
- Read and interpret HVAC plans, schematics, and technical drawings
- Install ductwork, refrigerant piping, and control wiring
- Perform brazing, pressure testing, and system evacuation
- Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate with homeowners to deliver a smooth, respectful experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency on every project
- Maintain accurate documentation of installs and system details
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- A commitment to quality, professionalism, and doing things the right way
