As an in-home caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day by:
Assisting clients with personal care needs while preserving dignity and independence
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping tasks
Helping with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments
Supporting mobility and encouraging safe daily activities
Following individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique goals and needs
Creating a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
At least 1 year of caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience preferred
A caring and compassionate attitude
Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
A desire to serve others and make a positive impact
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, documentation, and communication
CPR & First Aid Certification preferred
