Job Overview
We are hiring CDL-A Drivers for a dedicated position based in Long Beach, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent freight, reliable weekly pay, and a set regional territory. No experience required.
Drivers will operate dedicated routes handling pickups and deliveries primarily throughout the Southwest, with runs covering California, Nevada, Washington, Utah, and Oregon with no-touch freight through drop-and-hook and live load deliveries.
Pay & Compensation
- CPM pay: $0.51 – $0.64 per mile based on experience
- Stop pay: $15 per stop
- Weekly direct deposit
Schedule & Home Time
- Home every two weeks
- Day and Night Shifts Available
- 2 Days Off Per Week
- Consistent year-round freight
Freight & Equipment
- No-touch freight
- Drop & hook and live load
- Dedicated routes throughout CA, NV, WA, UT, and OR — primarily Southwest lanes
- Dry van
- Late-model automatic transmission trucks
- Well-maintained fleet with advanced safety features
Daily Responsibilities
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Operate safely and follow all DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate logs using the ELD system
- Communicate with dispatch regarding deliveries and ETAs
- Ensure on-time and safe delivery of freight
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- No experience required
- Must be available for day or night shift
- Must live within 40 miles of Long Beach, CA
- Current DOT medical card preferred
