Compensation: $90,000 + performance-based bonuses

We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Agent (EA), or Tax Resolution Specialist with deep experience handling IRS collections cases. If you’ve worked as a Revenue Officer or spent significant time resolving complex IRS issues, this could be an excellent fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Represent clients before the IRS on collections and compliance matters
- Handle Revenue Officer cases, including direct negotiations
- Prepare and manage Offers in Compromise, Installment Agreements, CNC, and other resolution strategies
- Resolve levies, liens, garnishments, and enforcement actions
- Guide clients through complex IRS challenges with confidence and strategy
- Maintain compliance and ensure accurate case documentation
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Has hands-on IRS collections experience
✅ Worked as an IRS Revenue Officer or for a tax resolution firm handling IRS collections cases
✅ Is an EA
✅ Is comfortable communicating directly with the IRS and advocating for clients
✅ Can manage a caseload efficiently while delivering strong results
✅ Is detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven
