Fire Tacos is a brand-new fast-casual restaurant opening in Grant Park, Atlanta, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Kitchen Team Members to join our opening team.
As one of our opening team members, you’ll help build our kitchen from day one while preparing fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Fire Tacos recipes and quality standards.
- Grill, fry, assemble, and plate food quickly and accurately.
- Prep ingredients, including vegetables, proteins, sauces, and toppings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Receive, rotate, and properly store food deliveries.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure accurate and timely orders.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Help maintain a safe, efficient, and organized kitchen environment.
- Deliver consistent food quality while working efficiently during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
- Food Handler Certification is a plus.
Compensation
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour plus tips. Total hourly earnings are estimated to average $14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on tips and business volume. As Fire Tacos grows, earning potential may increase.
