Duties

- Manage inventory levels, perform inventory control tasks, and assist with stock organization to ensure product availability
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, record keeping, and reporting purposes
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls, inquiries, or follow-ups
- Support marketing initiatives by explaining product features and benefits to customers in a clear, compelling manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or managing customer records using organizational skills
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or outside sales environments
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, data entry, and administrative responsibilities efficiently
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail math principles for accurate stock control
- Skilled in negotiation techniques to close sales confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Public speaking abilities to confidently present products or conduct promotional events
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic marketing tools to support daily operations
- Exceptional phone etiquette combined with strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers
