Parker John’s BBQ & Pizza is seeking an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our Wausau leadership team.
We are a growing, family-owned Wisconsin restaurant company with six locations and a culture built around teamwork, accountability, hospitality, and developing great people. Responsibilities
-
Lead, train, and develop kitchen team members
-
Run organized, high-volume kitchen shifts
-
Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory
-
Control food costs, labor costs, and waste
-
Maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
-
Work alongside the team and support daily kitchen operations
-
Partner with the General Manager and leadership team
Qualifications
-
Previous kitchen management experience required
-
One to two years of leadership experience preferred
-
Experience with scheduling, ordering, inventory, and cost controls
-
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
-
Catering or banquet experience is helpful but not required
-
Ability to work on your feet for most of the shift
-
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation
-
$55,000 - $60,000 Base Salary

$6,000 KPI Bonus Maxout
-
$1,000 Retention Bonus
-
Total yearly compensation could be up to $62,000 - $67,000 if all KPI's are achieved!
