ROLE: Client Services Manager
Pay Range: $50,000-80,000
- On average, team members earn between $65,000 and $80,000 within their first year and between $115,000 and $130,000 by the end of their second year.
- Fitzmark team members receive a bi-weekly salary.
- Team members can expect to earn their salary or their uncapped commission, whichever is higher.
- For every 3 new accounts launched within a month, that team member receives an additional $600 bonus.
- 5 potential promotion bonuses within the first 2 years.
- All commission is uncapped!
Position Overview:
A Client Services Manager utilizes hands-on sales, problem-solving, and negotiating skills to build a portfolio of clients requiring assistance from our exemplary freight brokerage services.
The person in this position will leverage the knowledge gained from the robust training program and FitzMark’s proprietary technology to build exceptional customer relationships. The Client Services Manager will have tenacity for sales, a passion for account success, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Client Services Managers are encouraged to lead and develop their skills to push their career forward. Our top-down focus on our team members’ success means that your hard work is appreciated and rewarded.
Team Approach:
- Starting on their first day, a Client Service Manager begins their 4 week training period.
- After that, they start to build their book of business through sales calls while getting continued training every step of the way.
- Working next to other peers in your “class” creates a fast-paced environment and a work-hard, play-hard atmosphere that you can enjoy and be proud of.
- No matter where you are on your path, you will always have a seasoned manager continuing to support and train you as you progress.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expand client base through sales practices, including phone calls, emails, networking, etc.
- Gain insight into the organization and processes of a prospect or customer to optimize the best approach to provide solutions
- Prepare pricing, rate negotiations, and transportation bids in a timely manner with respect to market demands and goals
- Balance sales and logistics operations skills, focusing on efficiently managing customer & carrier relationships
- Support the development of existing and new customers across all means of transportation
Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required
