Assistant General ManagerJob Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Assistant General Manager to help lead our fast-casual restaurant team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, maintain high standards for food quality and customer service, and help create a positive, efficient work environment.
Previous restaurant or management experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and support team members during shifts
- Help ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming guest experience
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Assist with employee training, onboarding, coaching, and development
- Help manage scheduling, shift coverage, and daily staffing needs
- Oversee cash handling, registers, and POS procedures
- Assist with inventory, ordering, stocking, and controlling food and labor costs
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure team members follow company policies, recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
- Support recruiting and interviewing as the restaurant continues to grow
- Step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
- Ability to lead by example and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working with a team and coaching others
- Basic familiarity with cash handling, POS systems, scheduling, or inventory is helpful but not required
- Flexible availability, including some nights and weekends
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
