What You’ll Do:
Serve as a trusted first point of contact, guiding prospects and clients to insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs
Advocate for clients by assisting with reported claims and supporting them through key moments
Prepare and submit policy changes with precision and care, partnering with carriers to ensure timely execution
Drive results through consultative sales, conversion, and thoughtful cross-selling of CapCenter services
Collaborate across departments to deliver a smooth, efficient insurance quoting experience
Protect clients with an unwavering commitment to quality, accuracy, and ethical responsibility
Contribute ideas and insights to the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Proactively recommend policy enhancements to help clients stay protected as their lives evolve
Build lasting client relationships that drive retention and long-term value
Manage all phases of new business, renewals, and remarketing with confidence and attention to detail
Leverage your expertise in personal lines products, carriers, and quoting/issuance systems to deliver results
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain one. We will sponsor it!
Proven success in consumer-direct sales, ideally within the personal insurance industry
A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate seamlessly or work independently
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and clear communication abilities
Sound judgment, professionalism, and a deep commitment to ethical standards
Confidence communicating both verbally and in writing with a wide range of audiences
2+ years of relevant business experience preferred
