Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design.
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide technical consulting.
Drive AI adoption by leveraging Claude AI for solutioning and software development.
Design, develop, and optimize scalable cloud-native applications using Node.js and AWS.
Improve engineering processes through automation and AI-powered workflows.
Coordinate with offshore and nearshore engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and build a high-performing engineering culture.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and AWS.
Proven expertise in video encoding and streaming platforms.
Experience leading distributed engineering teams.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for AI-driven software development and engineering productivity.
Manage onsite engineers and collaborate with offshore team members.
