K&B Auto Glass is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our company's financial records and ensure accurate accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and be proficient in various accounting software. This role requires a meticulous approach to handling journal entries, budgeting, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records by managing all aspects of the general ledger.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure proper accounting of transactions.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information and insights.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to prepare financial reports and statements.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate accounting or as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
- Strong understanding of debits and credits, journal entries, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (experience with specific software is a plus).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and budgeting tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
