Job Title: After School Care staff
Duration: School Year (10 months), Monday-Friday
Job Type: Part-time, non-exempt (hourly; 15 hours per week)
Reports To: Head of School
Rochester Montessori School serves students from 18 months through 8th grade, and offers after-school care for families who need it. Hours are 2:30-5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
After school care staff help supervise children in the after school program, and help create a safe, fun, and caring environment.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Experience working with diverse students and families
- Passion for supporting children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Attentive and caring approach to working with children and their behavior
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to be teacher qualified under DHS licensing regulations
Pay: $18.00/hour
