Johnstone Supply of Jackson, a leading wholesaler of HVAC/R products, is seeking a hardworking, organized, team player to join our team in the full time position of Warehouse Team Member/ Delivery Driver.
The Warehouse Associate’s primary functions are to accurately pick orders in a timely manner and efficiently receive products to the warehouse from outside sources by using a handheld scanner. The Warehouse Associate also may be required to make deliveries in a 26 foot box truck.
*Assure product availability by putting away products, rotating stock, assisting with stock returns and replenishing primary locations
*File discrepancies and damage claims
*Assist in loading and unloading of delivery and transfer trucks
*Receive products and complete all necessary paperwork
*Ship orders via UPS, delivery truck or other method of shipments
*Deliver products in company truck or vehicle as needed
*Maintain a safe work environment by working in a safe manner, following current safety rules, maintaining equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/ work area.
Monday- Friday 7:30am- 5:00pm range averaging 40- 42 hours/ week
Chauffeur's license and Medical DOT card is required to drive company box truck. Must be able to pass drug test including marijuana.
