We treat patients in their homes and are looking for clinicians who are reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently.
What we're looking for:
- Active Florida PTA or COTA license
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Home health or outpatient experience is a plus
What you'll do:
- Provide therapy services in patients' homes
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate with the supervising therapist and care team
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety recommendations
