Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in project controls, PMO leadership, or complex infrastructure / federal contracting environments.
-
Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise project controls frameworks and governance structures.
-
Strong working knowledge of scheduling, cost forecasting, risk management, and executive portfolio reporting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
-
Experience in DOE, DoD, or other federal agency contracting environments.
-
Experience building or maturing a PMO within a growing organization.
-
Familiarity with DCAA audit environments and FAR/DFARS implications on project controls.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:

Preferred Licenses/Certifications:

PMP, PgMP, and/or PfMP certification(s).

Primavera P6 certification or advanced scheduling credentials.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises PMO personnel including project controls professionals, schedulers, and analysts (anticipated 3–8 direct reports as organization scales). Has hiring and performance management responsibilities.
