BDC(Buisness Development Manager) Rep / Finance ManagerPosition Summary
The BDC Manager / Finance Manager is responsible for driving dealership sales growth by overseeing customer lead management, appointment generation, and finance operations. This dual-role position ensures an exceptional customer experience from the initial inquiry through vehicle delivery while maximizing finance profitability, maintaining lender relationships, and ensuring full compliance with dealership and regulatory standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Center (BDC)
- Lead and manage all inbound and outbound customer communications, including phone, email, text messaging, and online inquiries.
- Develop strategies to increase appointment setting, appointment show rates, and vehicle sales.
- Monitor lead response times and ensure all customer inquiries receive prompt and professional follow-up.
- Train, coach, and motivate BDC representatives to achieve performance goals.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs including lead conversion, appointment rates, and sales performance.
- Maintain CRM accuracy by ensuring customer information and follow-up activities are documented consistently.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer handoff and positive buying experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Finance & Insurance (F&I)
- Present financing and protection product options that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Secure financing through a network of lending institutions by negotiating competitive financing options.
- Prepare and process all finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations, including privacy laws and lending requirements.
- Maintain productive relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance companies.
- Review contracts for accuracy prior to funding and delivery.
- Monitor funding status and resolve contract issues promptly.
- Stay current on finance programs, lender guidelines, and industry compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of automotive dealership experience in BDC, Sales, Finance, or Sales Management.
- Proven success managing customer leads and finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, dealership software, and automotive financing.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of lender programs, compliance requirements, and F&I best practices.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
