Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-driven part-time HR Coordinator to support the operations of our Corporate HR team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our HR processes across the employee lifecycle run smoothly, consistently, and effectively.

What You’ll Do
Support Talent & Performance Processes
- Create and maintain templates and tools for performance management and talent programs
- Organize and consolidate workforce data into clear, usable formats
- Produce reports and dashboards that track progress and outcomes
- Keep process documentation accurate and easy to use
Coordinate Offboarding
- Manage exit communications and interview scheduling
- Track participation and ensure a consistent exit experience
- Compile insights and trends from exit data
Enable Learning & Development Programs
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding, intern programs, and leadership training
- Track participation, maintain rosters, and support communications
- Ensure programs run smoothly and on schedule
Deliver Day-to-Day HR Operations
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation
- Assist with employment eligibility processes (I-9)
- Provide administrative and operational support across HR activities
Keep Things Running Efficiently
- Maintain trackers, reports, and shared resources
- Support team coordination, meetings, and communications
- Help improve processes and documentation over time

What You Can Expect
This is a part-time (28 hours/week) role with structured priorities aligned to key HR cycles. You’ll focus on high-impact work while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR processes and programs.
This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1+ years office coordinator/administrative or customer service experience providing a wide variety of administrative and business support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
- Strong Organization skills
- Must have attention to detail, be proactive with problem solving, flexibility and creativity
- Possesses excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Microsoft Office 365
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or Business Management
- Prior HR experience
- Prior event planning or project management experience
- Prior executive reception experience
- Process improvement experience
- Analytical and research skills
- Experience working with all levels of an organization
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
