Next Phase Enterprises is looking for an analytical, detail-driven Supply Chain Administrator to help keep our supply chain running smoothly. In this role, you’ll oversee the full flow of goods from vendors to retailers — managing inventory, forecasting demand, and turning sales data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll work closely with vendors, customers, and internal teams, and you’ll have real autonomy to make supply chain decisions for the programs you manage.

What You'll Do
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Manage inventory across warehouses, distribution centers, and stores to meet Weeks of Supply (WOS) targets
- Monitor and adjust inventory to maintain product availability and minimize out-of-stocks
- Review instock levels and validate product flow through the supply chain
- Initiate and verify item setup to maintain data integrity
Sales Analytics & Forecasting
- Analyze sales data and trends using company templates to identify item performance
- Prepare weekly forecasts for front and back door sales
- Review markup/markdown trends and shipment details to inform planning decisions
- Review customer forecasts and provide insights to vendors
Order & Program Management
- Review customer order data for accuracy, pricing, and compliance with minimum order quantities
- Communicate with vendors and customers to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales teams on significant changes in order quantities
- Support new program launches and maintain ongoing operational efficiency
Reporting & Communication
- Generate weekly sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics (e.g., fill rates, out-of-stocks)
- Upload reports and order data to internal dashboards
- Participate in vendor and customer calls as needed
- Review and report on customer complaints, quality scores, and invoice validations
Decision-Making
- Manage assigned programs with a high degree of autonomy, within company policies and procedures
- Own supply chain decisions for the partners and programs you support
What You'll Bring
- Knowledge of shipping, distribution channels, inventory management, and sales analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and comfort presenting to groups
- Ability to prioritize effectively and perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be
- considered
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Role Logistics & Compensation
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Employment Type: Full-time
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt
- Reports To: Director of Logistics
- Travel: 15%
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
- Incentive Pay: Quarterly performance bonus
