Responsibilities
- Must have PM shift availability
- Assist in overseeing all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Lead shift management by coordinating team schedules, supervising food production, and ensuring timely service during busy hours.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by engaging with customers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Experience
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments or casual dining settings with a strong background in food industry operations.
- Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience within hospitality or restaurant management roles.
- Experience in managing catering or banquet services is a plus; familiarity with bar or coffee service is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train teams, conduct interviews, and communicate managerial expectations clearly.
