Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gasket Boxer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging finished gasket products efficiently and safely while ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging of Gaskets: Box finished gasket products according to company specifications, ensuring proper alignment, and secure packaging.
- Quality Control: Inspect gaskets for defects, damage, or irregularities before boxing, and ensure they meet company standards.
- Product Labelling: Accurately label boxes with the correct part numbers, quantities, and shipping information.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of boxes, labels, and other packaging materials, and notify supervisors when stock is low.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure all packaging areas are kept tidy and that workstations are regularly sanitized.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other production team members to ensure seamless transitions between production and packaging stages.
- Shipment Preparation: Ensure that all boxed products are securely prepared for shipment and ready for distribution

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to identify product defects and packaging errors to ensure high-quality standards.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Organization: Good organizational skills to keep packaging materials and workspaces neat and orderly.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count and verify quantities accurately.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- May involve exposure to noise and varying temperatures.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
