We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. As an Employee, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued throughout their visit. Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, providing menu suggestions and information about monthly cocktail specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
- Process payments efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions with basic math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling safety standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and basic food service techniques is essential.
- Strong math skills for processing orders and payments accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- A friendly demeanor with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure.
Requirements
- Must have active Bar Card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass background check
Position starts at $12 per hour PLUS TIPS!!

*No interviews will be conducted on the weekends or after 5pm during the weekdays.
